Oluwaseun has been volunteering with ACCESS since May 2025 as a business coach. In this role, she provides guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs who are developing and refining their business ideas with the goal of successfully launching them one day. Having initially been a participant of the ACCESS Business Lab program herself to gain knowledge of how she can strengthen her own consultancy business, she felt the need to leverage her firsthand experience in the program and expertise as a human resources consultant to nurture and empower entrepreneurs. She has been able to do this by helping entrepreneurs with capacity building, skills and confidence building in order to achieve sustainable growth with lasting impact.

Oluwaseun enjoys connecting with entrepreneurs regardless of where they are in their entrepreneurial journey, learning from their experiences, and contributing to their growth.
