Since May 2025, Neha has had the joy of volunteering with ACCESS as a Business Workshop Facilitator for the ACCESS Business Lab helping emerging entrepreneurs who are building new businesses in Ontario, Canada. She found about ACCESS volunteer opportunities through a friend.
Neha has a background in marketing and business development. She shares her knowledge, skills and experience to help underserved entrepreneurs who go through the ACCESS Business Lab Program.
She says of her experience with the ACCESS Business Lab participants; “Every cohort feels like a powerful reminder that dreams don’t recognise borders, accents, or birth dates – just courage, effort, and a willingness to learn together”.
In each workshop she facilitates, she sees “superhumans” who come with incredible skills and life experience, ready to pour their energy into creating businesses that reflect who they are and what they believe in. Holding space for their ideas, questions, and doubts is one of the most rewarding parts of her work; there’s nothing quite like the moment someone shifts from “Can I really do this?” to “I’m actually doing it.”
Nehu feels that being part of the ACCESS community feels less like “volunteering” and more like co-creating a future where more entrepreneurs get the chance to prove to themselves, and to the world, that nothing is impossible.
