Lola Oduwole

Lola Oduwole is a real estate broker, business owner, and long-time community advocate who joined Access Community Capital Fund in March 2024 to support aspiring and emerging entrepreneurs.

She was inspired and motivated by her son who had been volunteering with ACCESS for several years and was now on the board of directors.

At ACCESS, Lola is engaged in various roles as a business workshop facilitator, business coach and advisor on the pitch panel. In each of these roles, she gets to interact with emerging entrepreneurs and see their progress through business ideation to pitching their business plans as they get ready to take the next step of launching or growing their businesses with the knowledge and skills gained through the ACCESS Business Lab.

A dual-licensed REALTOR® in both Ontario and British Columbia, Lola has built her real estate and lifestyle brand, A.H.O.M™ Realty, around the principles of intentionality, empowerment, and financial clarity.

Her passion for helping others stems from her own journey — rebuilding after loss, relocating across provinces and navigating professional reinvention. She knows firsthand how barriers and access to opportunity and support can shift a person’s path.

“Giving back through Access is a joy,” she says. “I volunteer because I believe every person deserves a seat at the table — and sometimes, they just need a little nudge to find it.”

When she’s not working with clients or mentoring new professionals, Lola is writing her upcoming book A Gentle Guide to Rightsizing and championing initiatives that create economic and emotional freedom for women and professionals in transition.
