Leo Bailey is a business development leader with over a decade of experience spanning financial services, digital payments, and technology strategy. He has held senior roles at Accenture, RBC, and Interac, where he reached the Director level, and currently leads Fresh Wind Consulting — an advisory firm dedicated to making high-quality strategic counsel accessible to nonprofits, small businesses, and government organizations that are often underserved by large firms.
Leo holds an MBA from Queen’s Smith School of Business, a BCom from Toronto Metropolitan University, and is a doctoral candidate at Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business. He also serves as a part-time faculty member at George Brown College and holds board roles at SickKids Centre for Mental Health and Black Urbanism TO.
Driven by a deep belief in the transformative power of education and entrepreneurship, Leo brings to the ACCESS CCF board a commitment to inclusive economic growth and a passion for removing barriers for emerging entrepreneurs across Ontario.
