Julie-Anne is the Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary for a Canadian financial institution where she leads their legal, governance, compliance, privacy and internal audit functions. Julie-Anne is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and Women General Counsel of Canada, and was previously on the Board of the York Region Community Legal Clinic.

In her spare time, Julie-Anne loves to cook, read and curl. She is the former President of the Richmond Hill Curling Club and currently sits on its Grant Committee where she has been instrumental in the Club’s successful fundraising efforts since 2020. A resident of Richmond Hill, Julie-Anne also supports local environmental conservation efforts in her role as a board member of the Oak Ridges Moraine Land Trust.

She joined our board of directors in June 2026.
