Alice Bazdikian

Alice was motivated to volunteer with ACCESS because of her passion to share her knowledge and experience with other aspiring entrepreneurs. She found ACCESS volunteer opportunities through an online search and since September 2024 has been involved as a Business Workshop Facilitator and Coach.

Alice has a background in Finance, Economics, Tech, Business Intelligence, Government Policy and Entrepreneurship. She says that as a young immigrant to Canada who has been privileged enough to gather a diverse set of experiences that most people would not be exposed to when starting a business, she knows how important that support is for emerging entrepreneurs, especially from an immigrant background.

She wanted to give back her experiences and help guide the entrepreneurs that will help Canada grow. Alice has facilitated multiple workshops with ACCESS, including Defining and Developing your Business Idea, and has supported the entrepreneurs through group coaching and one-on-one coaching.

In July 2025 Alice took the initiative to develop an AI workshop for ACCESS Business Lab participants. When she started using AI, she quickly realized that AI is a great tool for business entrepreneurs who have to do it all by themselves with little knowledge and support, for the most part. Alice loves to show the versatility of AI to help build business plans and conduct market research.

Alice is also an author, she self published her first book in late 2025 – Sovereign AF: A Manifesto and Journal to help women break generational patterns and empower themselves to live their most authentic lives. No matter what Alice does, she is ready to empower people to turn their dreams into reality.
