Sally Diab

Sally is an Executive Coach who partners with leaders to improve clarity, presence, and impact in complex, dynamic environments.

With experience across banking, consulting, government, energy, and entrepreneurial sectors including tech, she has led strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, and sustainable growth projects. She works with executives and senior teams to deliver large-scale programs, enhance performance culture, and align strategy with business goals.

Her work includes shaping global, regional, and national programs, leading people and organizational initiatives, and supporting leaders in highly regulated, entrepreneurial, and emerging markets.
